EMERGENCY SERVICES
- In most cases we strive to get to your home within 24 hours of an emergency breakdown of your PRIMARY heating and cooling system. In the event this is not possible due to extreme weather and call volume, you will be placed on the high priority list above nonmembers to service you as fast as possible.
120 DAY NO BREAKDOWN GUARANTEE
- Once we perform your annual maintenance on your heating and cooling system(s), we guarantee no breakdowns for up to 120 days after the maintenance is performed. In most cases this will take you through a full season of heating and cooling. If a breakdown in the system(s) occurs, we will credit the full amount of your annual membership toward your account for the repair or future service.
*Offer void if any repairs were quoted but the homeowner declined at the time of the maintenance
NEW SYSTEM INSTALLATION
- To keep your labor warranty on your newly installed system a membership must be performed annually. The labor warranty will be void if membership visit is not performed or another person/company besides Triangle Heating and Cooling works on the newly installed equipment with a warranty.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT FAILURE
- In the event that monthly payments fail for two consecutive months, the homeowner will be required to pay the remaining balance of the annual membership fee in full.
NON-TRANSFERRABLE MEMBERSHIP
- Membership is strictly personal & non-transferable. It cannot be assigned or shared with others (including new homeowner if the original homeowner sells the property)
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once the homeowner signed up for the membership, it cannot be cancelled prior to the completion of the 12-month period. After 12 months, homeowners have the option to choose whether or not to renew membership for the following year.
